KREWE OF BABY DOLL LADIES, 2024
Dance Company
The Baby Doll Ladies' dance company/signature ensemble continues a significant part of the Mardi Gras traditions and they also host an immersive cabaret too! "Oh, Those Baby Dolls," a lively dance and music-filled theatrical show, is inspired by the under-told chronicles of the tradition's Jazz dance origins. This interactive performance tour is complimented with live Jazz accompaniment. Other soundtracks include an array of musical compositions by in-house producer, music ambassador D. J. Hektik. Members of the dance-theater ensemble proudly lead the annual Baby Doll Ladies dance-parade with choreographic works, plus a special master performance at Lafayette Square/ Gallier Hall.
